FMGNE is Going Live with Epic!

 

Family Medical Group Northeast is proud to announce our computer system and patient portal upgrade. We will Go Live with our new system Monday, December 4, 2017

MyChart will be the primary form of electronic communication with our patients after our Go Live. After December 4, we will no longer be communicationg through Follow My Health.

Here are a few things you need to know: 

  1. Starting Monday, December 4, 2017 our patients will be asked to sign up for their new patient portal account at point of service. A staff member before or during your appointment will assist you in the registration process.
  2. You may already have an existing MyChart account if you have been seen at a Providence Hospital or Providence Medical Group within the Portland area.

What about Follow My Health? 

That's a great question. Fortunately, patients will still be able to access their FMH accounts after our go live. If you have any questions about your current patient portal account please email support at followmyhealth@fmgne.com. However after December 31, 2017 we will not be able to provide technical support.

To ensure the smoothest transition to our new computer system we encourage our patients to sign up for MyChart. By joining MyChart you will continue to be connected to your health records and healthcare team.
